Just Filed OBN’s 1st Quarter 2010 Financials
I am happy to report that we just filed our first quarter financial statements for 2010. Everything is now up to date. No more filings until January. Now, we can focus on the job of building up the company.

There are quite a few shares that are restricted. Some are owned by insiders, others buy entities with a lock up for a certain period and still others who have not gotten the registration lifted. If you are wondering whether there will be a large number of shares coming on the market all at once, I don’t expect that to occur based on the structure. If you review our 10-K for 2009, you will be able to see the number of shares that are held by insiders.
